LifeBook Online Review: How to Design Your Life

Dear Friend,

Are you pleased with your life?

Happiness is a choice; you can be happy anywhere and anytime.

You have more to live up to, and it helps to have a written vision for how you want your life to be. That’s what the LifeBook Online program by Jon Butcher and Missy Butcher is all about. It’s available on MindValley.

If you’re wondering how to design your life, stay tuned as I give you my review of LifeBook Online.

Include All Areas of Your Life in Your Written Vision

LifeBook Online is a six-week program. You’ll get steps to follow each week, videos, audios, templates, a private FaceBook group, and weekly calls. In other words, you get much support for writing your vision for your life.

And you get the option to have LifeBook Online for free. Granted, you have to pay for it first, create your own LifeBook, and then follow the directions for getting your refund after the end of the six-week program. But a refund is available.

The reason for the refund being available is so that you have an incentive to finish the program.

And if you don’t get the refund, then you’ll automatically get the next program, LifeBook Mastery, for free. LifeBook Online is about creating your written vision for your life. LifeBook Mastery is about turning your vision into reality. It’s about creating your plan to achieve your vision.

In LifeBook, each area of your life is referred to as a category. The categories are as follows:

  1. Health and Fitness;
  2. Intellectual Life;
  3. Emotional Life;
  4. Character;
  5. Spiritual Life;
  6. Romantic Relationship;
  7. Parenting;
  8. Social Life;
  9. Financial Life;
  10. Career;
  11. Quality of Life;
  12. Life Vision; and
  13. Sex Life.

The Life Vision category summarizes your vision for all the other categories.

Each week of the LifeBook Online program covers two categories. You’ll start with Health and Fitness and Intellectual Life in Week 1, and you’ll keep working through two categories per week until you get to Quality of Life and Life Vision in Week 6.

The category of Sex Life, otherwise known as Category 13, is covered in the LifeBook Mastery program.

To give you an idea of the power of writing out your vision for your life, I invite you to write or type your vision, starting with your quality of life and going through to your life vision.

Use wording in the present tense as if what you dream of has already arrived. And use positive wording.

Here is a template you can download and use to put your vision for your life in writing. No sign-up is required.

Ready?

Start now.

Your Quality of Life

What do you do for fun? How much time do you have off from work? What do you do during your time off?

You’re so happy. What do you do to express your happiness? What are some adventures that you have?

What have you dreamed of doing? What would be the most fun for you to experience?

Your Ideal Day(s)

Think of what your ideal day is like. Pick a day five or ten years in the future, and imagine that you’ve achieved your vision. You’ve made it real. How does that feel?

From when you wake up to when you go to sleep, what are you up to during the day? Be as detailed as you’d like.

Who are you with? Where do you go? What do you see? What do you do?

You’re living your dream now.

Your Dream Home

Describe your dream home. What is it like? Where is it located?

How many rooms does it have? What is each room like?

Get focused and think of what it’s like to be so happy about where you live.

Your Health and Fitness

You’ve got your health and fitness handled. Describe what you eat and drink. Describe what you do for exercise.

You take great care of yourself. What does that involve?

You are a picture of perfect health, and you enjoy doing what it takes to treat yourself right.

Your Intellectual Life

You’re having fun learning. What topics interest you the most?

What methods do you prefer for learning? Online? In-person? Books? Audios? Videos?

What skills do you want to learn? List them out and tell a story about your learning journey.

Your Emotional Life

You’re in control here. You’ve mastered your emotions.

What does that look like? What positive emotions do you experience the most?

What practices do you have that help you continue to master your emotions? How has that transformed your life?

Your Character

Others can count on you, and you can count on yourself. You’ve started with self-discipline, and everything else fell into place. Like putting the pieces of a puzzle together, you’re putting together the pieces of your life. You’re forming a rich and rewarding picture of who you are.

Your character is who you are. Besides self-discipline, what other positive character traits have you got?

You’re happy, forgiving, and honest. What else?

Who are you?

Your Spiritual Life

You know there is more than only what you can see, hear, taste, touch, and smell. You embrace the wider reality beyond physical life. You are a spiritual being.

What is your spirituality like for you? Do you meditate? Do you pray?

Do you say “Thank you” each day? Are you grateful?

What are your beliefs, and how have they helped liberate you? How has your spirituality added to your positivity?

Your Romantic Relationship and Your Sex Life

If you choose to be single and celibate, you can still come up with something for this category. LifeBook Online does offer some suggestions for what to put here in that case.

If you’re in a romantic relationship or want to be in one, what is your relationship like? Describe how you are with your partner. Describe your partner. And describe how your partner is with you.

What do you do together? What do you talk about? What do you agree on? How do you fight for each other instead of against each other?

Get creative here and be as detailed as you’d like.

If you want sex in your life or already have sex in your life, have much fun here as you describe some details about that.

How often do you have sex? Where do you have sex? What do you do during, before, and after sex?

Your Parenting

If you’re like me and are child-free by choice, then you can respect children and apply lessons you learn from them, such as unconditional love, playfulness, and being happy for no reason.

Or you might dedicate your life to making the world safer for children. Maybe you’re aware of the unimaginable horrors that many millions of children face every year worldwide. Once you know what they experience, it’s impossible to forget. What I went through is extremely mild in comparison. There is hope for the children, but only if enough of us rise up to protect them. Will you be one of their protectors?

If you have children or want to have children, there are multiple ways in which you can be a parent. You could have biological children or stepchildren or adopted children or foster children or godchildren.

It’s a widespread thing for people to only want biological children. If people are only focused on having biological children, who will care for all those other children?

In this category, you can describe your parenting style, what your children are like, how many children you have, where you travel as a family, what you do together, and whatever else you’d like to include.

Your Social Life

Here is where you talk about your family and your friends. What activities do you do together? What do you talk about? What do you have in common?

Where do you travel together? How often do you get together?

How do you help them? How do they help you?

Describe what the people in your social circle are like. They lift and support you. And you lift and support them. You all help each other.

Your Financial Life

Even billionaires say that they want more money. How much is enough for you?

What do you invest in? What is your daily income? Your weekly income? Your monthly income? Your annual income?

How much do you donate? What are your favorite causes to contribute to?

What else do you use your money for? What amounts do you allocate for your needs and desires?

What do you buy with your money? What lasting value do you create? What experiences do you have?

Your Career

What sparks joy for you regarding what you would do even if you didn’t get paid to do it?

What work brings you so much energy and happiness that you’re grateful to be alive?

You see the impact you’re making, and it energizes you. Describe what that work is.

Your Life Vision

You’ve been writing or typing your life vision as you’ve gone through these previous sections. And it’s better to have it in writing than to keep it stuck in your head.

You’ve probably noticed that the categories overlap with each other. Each one affects another.

With this exercise, you’ve gotten to experience what it’s like to go through the LifeBook Online program. The summary of all the categories, your Life Vision, could be one or two pages or however long you’d like.

Conclusion

I recommend LifeBook Online. You get much support for creating your written vision for your life. Again, that support includes steps to follow each week, videos, audios, templates, a private FaceBook group, and weekly calls.

And if you do LifeBook Online, then you qualify for LifeBook Mastery. Once your vision is written out, you’d like to know how to turn it into reality. LifeBook Mastery covers that.

I enjoyed doing LifeBook Online and LifeBook Mastery. You get a lot more in both programs than I’ve covered here. And you get both of them for the price of one. How cool is that?
